Who We Are
CVCC is part of the Reformed Church in America (RCA), one of North America's oldest Christian traditions, rooted in the Protestant Reformation led by figures like Martin Luther and John Calvin.
Our vision is simple: Love God and Love Others. We are a diverse, multi-ethnic, multi-generational church family that welcomes everyone—doubts, questions, and all. Come as you are, explore at your own pace, and find community without pressure or judgment.
What We Believe
God is bigger and better and closer than we can imagine.
The Bible is God's perfect guidebook for living.
Jesus is God showing Himself to us.
Through His Holy Spirit, God lives in and through us now.
Nothing in creation "just happened". God made it all.
Grace is the only way to have a relationship with God.
Faith is the only way to grow in a relationship with God.
Jesus is the only way to God.
The church is to serve people like Jesus served - ALL PEOPLE.

Our Mission Statement
LOVING GOD ---- LOVING OTHERS
It comes directly from Matthew 22:37-39 - where Jesus is addressing some of the Religious Leaders of His day. They asked him which of the commandments is the greatest. "Jesus replied: 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment ....And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'" Here at CVCC we are committed to living that out every moment during the week when it's demands are harder to live.
